for a full refund. No questions asked.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at hello@fluffyzen.store with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photo of the product (if damaged)

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed 
within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send 
you a free replacement immediately. No need to return 
the original item.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are covered by FluffyZen™ for 
damaged or defective items. For other returns, the customer 
is responsible for return shipping costs.
